Super Negin
Super Negin saffron stands out as a particularly exceptional variety within the saffron spectrum. It boasts a striking crimson hue, an enchanting fragrance, and a sumptuous flavor profile. Esteemed chefs worldwide prefer it for its unparalleled quality, making it the pinnacle of our saffron selection.
We firmly assert that our Super Negin saffron reigns supreme in the realm of saffron excellence. Its distinct deep red shade and robust, substantial threads are unmistakable hallmarks of its superior quality.
The upper segment of each saffron filament exhibits remarkable thickness and size compared to other grades. This added dimension significantly enhances its taste, aroma, and color-enhancing properties.
Our Super Negin comprises solely the finest portions of the saffron stigma, known as Kalale. The lower, paler section of the stigma, known as Khame, is meticulously removed, ensuring only the highest quality strands reach our customers.
Our farmers benefit from fertile soils, a crucial asset for cultivating Super Negin saffron, setting them apart from other saffron producers. With access to exceptionally nutrient-rich lands, they have honed their skills over centuries, consistently yielding the world’s finest saffron through generations of cultivation and harvesting.
Our Super Negin saffron comes highly recommended for use in professional culinary settings, as well as precise health and medical applications, where only the utmost quality saffron is required.
Negin Saffron (Sargol)
Negin or Sargol saffron is often touted as the epitome of “pure” saffron and remains our top-selling grade.
Our Negin saffron stands as a pinnacle of quality, closely trailing only Super Negin in excellence. Crafted exclusively from intact red stigmas, each painstakingly separated by hand during harvesting. Any traces of the white or yellow component, known as Khame, are meticulously removed, ensuring unparalleled purity.
Our Negin saffron comes strongly endorsed for use in culinary, health, medical, and diverse commercial purposes.
Pushal Saffron
Our premium Pushal saffron represents the top tier among Pushal grades, of which there are three in total. We exclusively offer Pushal saffron of this superior grade, foregoing any lower-grade options.
Pushal saffron is predominantly composed of red stigma, with minor traces of white or yellow components present at the tips, typically measuring between 1-3mm. The attachment of the red portion to the white or yellow style makes it challenging to counterfeit this type of saffron. However, the presence of the white or yellow component at the thread’s end impacts the saffron’s color potency and plays a pivotal role in its overall quality assessment.
